GMP Lead Auditor Certificate Renewal Training

As is well known, participants who successfully complete the exam following the GMP Lead Auditor training accredited by Exemplar Global are entitled to receive the “GMP Lead Auditor” certificate. Since the certificate is valid for 3 years, participants who reach the end of this 3-year period must attend the Certificate Renewal training and successfully pass the accompanying exam.
For our clients who hold the internationally recognized GMP Lead Auditor Certificate, the certificate becomes invalid at the end of the 3rd year. After this date, those who do not complete the renewal process will have their GMP audits considered invalid, and this situation is deemed a NON-CONFORMITY by major Health Authorities, including TİTCK, FDA, EMA, and PIC/S.
The purpose of this training is not only certificate renewal but also to provide information on all changes made to health authority guidelines and directives—primarily GMP, GDP, and GQCL practices—between 2022 and 2025, as well as planned changes for the upcoming year and beyond.
The training will last for 2 days. The first day and the morning of the second day are allocated to theoretical information, and the program is planned to be completed with a written exam thereafter.

Mustafa Edik
After graduating as a Chemist from University, Mustafa Edik began his more than 25 years of career as a Laboratory Supervisor at a German Pharmaceutical Company named Bayer. Then he finished his second university degree in Biopharmaceutical Sciences BSc (Hons) in Ireland. After 15 years of working as a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager, Laboratory Supervisor, Pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems, and GMP Lead Auditor, he decided to continue his career as a Consultant. He has served to Turkish Atomic Energy Authority as Principal GMP Auditor and Consultant for 6 years. TAEA was audited by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health and granted GMP Certificate for 5 Radiopharmaceuticals. This success has won great acclaim from all health authorities and Industries. He has prepared and presented various trainings, and workshops to more than 7.000 individuals from 100 International and Local Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Cosmetics companies on GMP, GDP, and Pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems. He took part in several International Pharmaceutical Facility Establishment projects as GMP Consultant. He set up various Quality Management Systems to Local Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Companies. While he was the Vice President of Quality and Technical Operations at Quality Academia Training & Consultancy firm, he acquired and convert it into a 100 % Turkish Company. As an only IRCA Certificated Pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems and GMP Lead Auditor in Türkiye, he currently conducts API, Excipient, Packaging Materials Suppliers & Manufacturers, Third Party Logistics Service Providers, Sterile and Non-Sterile Manufacturing Facilities Audits according to FDA, EMA, PIC /S, TMMDA, MHRA, TGA Health Canada, WHO regulations and guidelines.

To participate in the training, registration must be completed through the “Register” section on the training page. Participants who complete the registration process will be notified via e-mail. The training fee includes the certificate, training materials, and bonuses. Certificates will be sent to participants by the Instructor(s) at the end of the training.
Payments (including VAT) must be made in full to the specified bank account within the designated dates. Payment receipts should be sent to info@qualityacademia.com. Registrations are processed in the order of payment. If payment is not made without written justification 15 days before the QA training date, Quality Academia reserves the right to cancel the participant’s registration without notification.
For cancellations made in writing at least 15 days prior to the training date, 20% of the training fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this period; only a name change will be allowed. Invoices will be sent via courier to the address and contact person provided within 1 week after the training.
The signed form serves as a commitment. The participant is responsible for being present at the designated training venue (online or face-to-face) on the training date. Training announcements are made 30–90 days in advance. Quality Academia reserves the right to change the training date, venue, and instructor without prior notice.
